The reservation of the apartment
The reservation of the apartment is made by paying the rental deposit of the apartment, which must be made on the web through the payment gateway.
Your reservation will not be confirmed until ByS Rentals has received the prepayment of the rental deposit and you have received a confirmation email from ByS Rentals.
In said confirmation email you will find the exact address of the apartment, contact details, remaining amount to pay and the rest of the instructions for arrival and departure.
One week before your arrival, you must pay the remaining amount of the rent and the tourist tax through a bank transfer.
The surety bond
Upon arrival you will be asked to provide a security deposit as well as a valid credit card number to ensure that the apartment and its contents are returned in good condition.
Please remember that by accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree that any damage caused by you or your companions will be deducted from your deposit and that you are also responsible for any damage that exceeds the amount of the deposit.
Depending on the apartment offered, a guarantee deposit of between €150 and €500 will be requested upon arrival.
The deposit will be fully refunded, at your check-out, after inspection of the apartment to verify that it has not been damaged.
The cancellation of the rental
Cancellations or changes must be made in writing via e-mail. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
If you cancel a reservation, you will only lose the reservation deposit already paid.
If the client changes the dates or the apartment, it will be understood as a new reservation and will be subject to the cancellation conditions.
It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance. Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our clear and simple cancellation policy mentioned here.
If ByS Rentals cannot provide the client with the property they have booked, we will contact you to offer another property with similar characteristics. In case of not reaching an agreement, the amount paid will be refunded.
Arrival and departure
Please ensure that we have your updated arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any delays or changes.
The contact person will have your telephone number and e-mail address in case they need to contact you regarding your arrival time. You can send this information via e-mail to info@bysrentals.com.
Your arrival and departure confirmation email clearly states where to meet the contact person on the day of your arrival.
The day of arrival
You must call your contact person upon arrival at the airport (or 30 minutes before arrival).
The apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m. It is very important that we have an updated arrival time.
Please remember: Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., for arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. there is a supplement of €30. Arrivals after midnight have a supplement of €50.
The day of your departure from the apartment
Departures must be made before 11:00 a.m.
On the day of your departure you must leave your apartment in perfect condition, tidy and have disposed of the rubbish correctly. If not, the cost of an additional cleaning will be charged.
The number and identity of the guests
The client will inform ByS Rentals of the number of guests included in the reservation.
Unless otherwise agreed with ByS Rentals, only the number of people indicated by the client when making the reservation will be authorized to use the apartment.
The number of people who can use the apartment must not exceed the number of people assigned for each apartment, except in the case of children under two years of age.
Pets are only allowed if permission has been specifically granted.
At the moment in which any violation of the aforementioned obligations is committed, ByS Rentals, by its own criteria, will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation.
Behavior
Loud music and parties are prohibited. Guests staying in a ByS Rentals apartment should be aware that if there are parties or loud music playing, or neighbors complaining and/or calling the police, this can lead to an immediate eviction no matter what time of day it is. day or night.
Please respect the hours of rest, which are from 22:00 PM to 10:00 AM
The responsibilities
Neither ByS Rentals nor the owner of the apartment will be responsible for any direct or indirect damage that may occur as a result of the use made by the client of the apartment, including without limitation damages, insurance, losses due to fire, theft or criminal behavior.
In the event of any violation of the aforementioned obligations, ByS Rentals, by its own criteria, will have the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client will not have the right to claim any type of compensation.
